WTF ist mit diesem Support los? Da hat man einmal im Jahr ein kleines Problem und möchte was wissen und nachdem man sich durch die ganzen nutzlosen FAQs gewühlt hat und endlich mal ein Kontakformular ausfüllen kann passiert Wochen lang gar nichts. Neteller ist bei mir raus. Sowas kann ich nicht gebrauchen wenn ich mal wieder einen größeren Casinogewinn einfahre und auscashen will.

Man hat das Gefühl man schreibt mit einem Roboter. Eine Anfrage dauert Tage und dann bekommt man eine Antwort die gar nichts hilft oder einfach zeigt dass man sich gar nicht darum gekümmert hat. Einfach traurig. Neteller war lange meine Nummer Eins und ich hätte nicht dran gedacht zu wechseln jetzt bleibt mir aber nix übrig. Da Skrill bei manchen Casinos schon nicht mehr geht werde ich wohl öfter mit meiner Mastercard einzahlen müssen.
